San Antonio Flower Company is a European style flower market featuring high quality-affordable flowers and plants to go. We offer flowers by the bunch, plants and floral supplies both to retail and wholesale customers. We do not design floral arrangements. We are seeking a high energy team member that is enthusiastic about offering exceptional customer service. You should be thrilled to greet customers when they enter the store and passionate about walking them through the entire shopping experience. Our amazing customers range from the first-time purchaser to weekly regulars and individuals planning special events.
Floral knowledge and experience in a retail environment are a plus but not mandatory.

- Must be available to work extended hours and varying work schedules as dictated by the business and floral holidays.
- Able to stand during your shift. Proficient at typing.
- Comfortable working on a computer.
Job Description: We are a small business and we operate with an "all hands on deck" approach. Below are some of the tasks that would arise on a daily basis, but they may vary.
- Assists customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Creates regular Instagram and Facebook posts to promote the store.
- Updates and maintains products on the website.
- Works with customers on large orders for special events.
- Maintains display and plant area.
- Promotes the desire to go above and beyond for customers.
- Assists with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Computer skills - Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Point of Sale Social media skills – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
